Celeste Viciere

Celeste Viciere, the spirited founder of Shifting the Way You Think, brings two decades of clinical expertise and a down-to-earth approach to the world of mental health. Known as Celeste The Therapist®️, she’s the voice behind the podcast that’s captured audiences across the globe, making mental health talk feel approachable, real, and, yes—even a little fun. Whether chatting with guests or sharing insights, Celeste's relatable style has made her a go-to resource for anyone looking to dive into emotional wellness without the jargon.

Her wellness center in Stoughton, MA, isn’t just a place for therapy sessions—it’s a community hub where people come to feel heard, find tools for growth, and connect with a supportive network. Celeste and her team offer everything from individual therapy to immersive workshops, all designed to help people on their path to healing.

When she’s not in the therapy room or behind the podcast mic, you’ll find Celeste on stages around the country, passionately tackling the stigma around mental health, especially in communities of color.
