Known as Celeste The Therapist®️, she’s the voice behind the podcast that’s captured audiences across the globe, making mental health talk feel approachable, real, and, yes—even a little fun. Whether chatting with guests or sharing insights, Celeste's relatable style has made her a go-to resource for anyone looking to dive into emotional wellness without the jargon.
Her wellness center in Stoughton, MA, isn’t just a place for therapy sessions—it’s a community hub where people come to feel heard, find tools for growth, and connect with a supportive network. Celeste and her team offer everything from individual therapy to immersive workshops, all designed to help people on their path to healing.

Her books, 365 Days of Intentional Living and Relationship Goals: A Guide to a Healthy Relationship, extend her commitment to helping others live mindfully and cultivate healthy connections. Through her work, Celeste is changing the conversation around mental health one person at a time, proving that taking care of your mind can be both empowering and genuinely transformative.

Accepting New Clients
1 Best Seller on Amazon, My book: Why Can't I Be Happy: From Self-Hate to Self-Love. You don't have to be "crazy" to seek counseling. In fact, counseling, seeking new ways of looking at a problem, getting professional help, being coachable, re-framing some of the things that have been falsely thought to us, are all signs of having a healthy mind in search of the doing better. At times the same issues keep happening over and over and you wonder "Why me?" I will show you how to break that cycle and avoid the reoccurring patterns.
I'm compassionate, loving and listen without judgments. I'll show you new ways of thinking by separating the facts from the stories we tell ourselves: We've been taught to think with limitations ei religious beliefs limiting our potential, creating judgments. I'll refocus your thinking without limitations.
I don't label my clients (e.g.. addicts, depressed, etc.) This just keeps you in that box. I assign homework to keep the therapy consistent. You will also discover yourself through these assignments: reflections, mirror work, meditation and gratitude journals. I treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.
