WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that time for you. If you need to cancel your appointment we ask for 24 hours in advance notice to avoid a charge for the session. If you have to cancel outside of that window you will be charged an $75 cancellation fee. If you do not show for your appointment you will be responsible for the full session fee. 

If you are planning to do an in person session and need to change to a virtual session there is no extra charge.
