Overview:

Shifting the Way You Think, LLC (STWYT) a wellness center located in Stoughton, MA is looking for part time and/or full time licensed psychotherapists to join our group practice.

Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians.

• Candidate will have W2 employee status.

• Candidates can work both in office (once we have secured a location and/or virtually)

Responsibilities:

• -Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to clients

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through ongoing assessments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field

• Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health clinician (LMHC LMFT) - Experience providing therapy services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and diagnoses

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to cultural humility and sensitivity in working with diverse populations
