Creating new habits to achieve your wellbeing goals and build resilience takes consistent action often pushing your comfort zone. In this session I will provide several tools to help you overcome what often gets in the way of success. You will learn and practice strategies to calm the mind, manage emotions, and how to be more mindfully aware so you can respond to stressful situations with grace and ease.
